Privacy Policy

Alkeo is a workout tracker for iPhone made by MultiFit Labs LLC ("MultiFit Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Alkeo app and the alkeo.app website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at support@alkeo.app.

Account information. When you create an account you can sign up with an email address and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google Sign-In. We receive your email address and, depending on the sign-in method, your name.

Profile details. Information you choose to add to your profile, such as your name, date of birth, gender, fitness focus, experience level, and preferred units.

Workout data. The workouts you log and the templates you build, including exercises, sets, weight, reps, RPE, notes, and custom exercises you create.

Diagnostics and usage. Crash reports, performance data, and aggregate usage analytics that help us understand how the app is used and fix problems. Our website collects anonymized, aggregate visit data.

• To provide the service: storing and syncing your workouts, templates, and profile across your devices.
• To fix bugs, prevent crashes, and improve the app.
• To respond when you contact support.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workout data for advertising.

Your data is stored with our cloud hosting provider in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers. Cloud providers that host our backend, authentication, and website process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
• Template sharing. If you share a workout template, anyone with the link can view that template. Your logged workouts are never shared this way.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Alkeo and its users.

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, Personal details, Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and workout data from our servers. If you have any questions, contact us at support@alkeo.app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise most of these directly in the app; for anything else, contact us at support@alkeo.app.

Alkeo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@alkeo.app.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, provide additional notice.
