Questions, bug reports, feature ideas, or anything else about Alkeo: send us an email and we will get to it as soon as we can.

To help us fix things quickly, include:

• What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• The Alkeo app version, if you know it.
• Screenshots or a screen recording if you have them.

You can update your personal details and preferences in the app under Profile. To permanently delete your account and all of your data, go to Profile, Personal details, Delete account, or email us and we will take care of it for you.
