Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MultiFit Labs LLC ("MultiFit Labs", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Alkeo app and the alkeo.app website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account: keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights in the Service, including its design, code, and branding, remain with MultiFit Labs.

You own the content you create in Alkeo, including your workouts, templates, and custom exercises. You grant us the license we need to host, store, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. If you share a template, anyone with the share link can view and save a copy of it; sharing is optional and you can stop sharing a template at any time.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its content.
• Use shared templates or any part of the Service to distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.

Alkeo is a workout tracker. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the Service should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Physical training carries inherent risks, and you use the Service and perform any exercise at your own risk.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or other users. We may also discontinue the Service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where practical.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiFit Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty dollars (USD 50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
